Vika Health / Your Peri Godmother® ("Vika Health," "I," "me," or "my") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect through vikahealth.com and related forms, why I collect it, and how it's protected.
Vika Health provides lifestyle and wellness coaching. I am not a medical provider, and nothing on this site or in my communications with you is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This policy is about how I handle your personal information — not a description of clinical services, because I don't provide clinical services.
What Information I Collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, I may collect:
Contact information: name, email address, phone number
Health and wellness information you choose to share: things like where you are in your perimenopause journey, your health and well-being goals, or challenges you're facing — shared voluntarily through intake or opt-in forms
How you found me: referral source, marketing channel
Technical information: basic website analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) collected automatically by tools like Squarespace or Google Analytics
I only collect what's needed to respond to your inquiry, send you the resource you requested, or prepare for a consultation.
How I Use Your Information
To send you a requested resource (like the Symptom Decoder guide)
To respond to inquiries and prepare for consultations
To send occasional emails about coaching services, workshops, or wellness content, if you've opted in
To improve the website and my services
I do not sell your information. I do not share it with advertisers.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Information you submit is stored using:
Kit (ConvertKit) — for email opt-ins and email communication
Google Forms / Google Sheets — for consultation intake and workshop waitlist submissions
Squarespace — for website hosting and form collection
These platforms have their own security and privacy practices. Access to any information stored in my Google account or Kit account is restricted to me.
Health Information
Because I coach in the perimenopause and midlife wellness space, some of the information you share (such as symptoms, cycle changes, or health goals) is personal and sensitive. I want to be direct about this:
I am not a HIPAA-covered entity, because I am not a clinical or medical provider. HIPAA protections that apply to your doctor's office do not automatically apply here.
I still treat anything you share with care and discretion. It is used only to support our coaching relationship and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
If, in the future, I offer paid coaching services through a HIPAA-compliant platform, that platform's privacy and security practices will be described separately at that time.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
You can request that I delete your information from my systems by emailing vika@vikahealth.com.
You can ask what information I have on file for you at any time.
Cookies & Analytics
This site may use basic cookies or analytics tools (such as those built into Squarespace) to understand general site traffic. These tools do not collect sensitive personal information and are used only to improve the site experience.
Children's Privacy
This site and its services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
